Athlete Connections Foundation’s mission is to help develop and expose youth athletic talents so they may be equipped with life skills, academics and athletic achievements, and high school diplomas and college scholarships.

Like last year, there will be a BBQ lunch, fun games, prizes and a great day of golf.  All of the proceeds from this event will go towards the Central Florida Gator Club’s scholarship efforts, including local scholarships, the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars program, and other programs benefitting Gators here in the Central Florida area.

In support of the Benefactor Program, the Gator Club is looking for 50 individuals to act as Benefactors of the Central Florida Gator Club and its Gator Week.   For a contribution of $200, the Benefactor will be listed in the Gator Club website, will receive a limited-edition Gator Week gold-plated lapel pin, an official Gator Week t-shirt, invitation to the exclusive Benefactor Reception (taking place Thursday, February 21, 6pm, Location to be announced to Benefactors) and recognition at the Fifth Annual Gator Gala (admission not included).  Further, this contribution is tax deductible and will go towards the Gator Club’s efforts to raise $50,000 towards the Florida Opportunity Scholars Program.

• Demonstrated the leadership qualities either in their profession or the community, or has been recognized by their peers for outstanding contributions to their profession or their community

HOW TO NOMINATE
