On the weekend of July 15-17, all the Gator Clubs from around the nation converged onto Miami Beach for the annual UF Alumni Association Leaders Weekend.  The leaders of the various Gator clubs gathered to discuss best practices from around the country.  The conference culminated Saturday evening at the Gator Gala (named after CFGC’s annual event) where the Alumni Association honored its clubs for their contributions to the alumni association (Think: Oscars for Gator Clubs).  The honors are called Clubbies.  Your Central Florida Gator Club took home three such Clubbies in the following categories: Best Club, Best Event (Gator Gala), and Best Young Alumni Event (Kickball Tournament).  Thank you to the many members of the Central Florida Gator Club for making this past year a success.
